NEXPAPER

Guide

From the first start to the letter you find years later.

This guide explains nexpaper the way you use it day to day. First you set up the server and invite the others. Then it is about how paper gets in, from the phone, from a mailbox or from a scanner, and how you check and file it in the inbox. After that come finding and editing, sharing with others and with the tax adviser, and at the end everything an account and running the server need.

Every chapter stands on its own. You can start at the beginning or jump straight to whatever you are wondering about right now. Anything in quotation marks is named exactly that way in the app, so you can find the button again. The pictures show the English interface with an invented household. Lena sets nexpaper up, Tom is her partner and Greta her mother. Their shared vault is called “Home”.

Good to knowOn a phone, the five menu items that sit in the bar on the left on a computer move to a bar at the bottom. “Upload” and the account button sit at the top right. Taking photos and sharing from other apps are explained in the chapter “On the phone”.
